PeppePolack > The Rebirth!

Thanks for the comments that helped me a lot with picking a team it helped me a lot. I choosed Monaco because Monaco is one of the most successful teams in France. Monaco was most successful in the 1970 and the 1980 with the managers Lucien Leduc and Arsène Wenger. In December 2011, two-thirds of the club was sold to an investment group led by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev. They had a lot of players that are really big names in the football world and some of they are:

Fabien Barthez
Patric Evra
Ludovic Giuly
Thierry Henry
Lillian Thuram
David Trezeguet
Jürgen Klinsmann
Fernando Morientes

They have a great history and they got a lot thropies:

Ligue 1 : 7 times champion (the last 2000)
Championnat de France amateur: 3 times champion (the last 2008)
Coupe de France: 3 times champion (the last 1991) 5 Runners-Up (the last 2010)
Coupe de la Ligue: 1 times champion (2003) 1 Runners-Up (2001)
Trophée des champions: 4 times champion (the last 2000) 1 Runners-Up (1960)
Coupe Charles Drago: 1 time champion (1961)
Coupe Gambardella: 3 times champion (the last 2011)

UEFA Champions League: 1 Runners-Up (2004)
UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup: 1 Runners-Up (1992)
Coppa delle Alpi: 3 times champion (the last 1984)

They got a really intresting history and it will be a pleasure to be the one that will make them be a top team in Europe and in France.
I will try to be like FC Bayern but in France and get the best French players to the team and help France with the team picking but that will be after that I got some stability in Ligue 1. I will start as fast as I can but it will not be as my last saves where I posted every day or something like [...]

Mr. Gump > France – 2016

France – 2016

For this first semester managing France, I will be quite direct and quick, as I did not feel too much of the team. Though I’m already working on rejuvenating the current National Pool. So far these were my results.

Here is a quick preview of what will be my National Pool for the next two seasons with France. Till the World Cup 2018 I plan to have this list to a maximum of 35 players, of which only 5 will be keepers.

Mr. Gump > Season 5 – Pre Season

Season 5 – Pre Season

After the conquering the four tournaments that we disputed last season, I was more than confortable to declare that we would retain the Premier League title. But I decided to declare that I would challenge the title, as I will prioritize the Champions League this season. But still work hard to retain the title. Man City is the favourite for conquering the EPL, followed by Man Utd and then we appear in third place.

Season Objectives:

Champions League Title

Retain Premier League Trophy

FA Cup and Carling Cup will be played by reserve and young players.

Kits made for this coming season!

After the season ended, I had Sergio Busquets, Andre Ayew, Theo Walcott, Marek Hamsik, Robin van Persie and Wojciech Szczesny declaring that they wanted a new challenge and that they had conquered all they could aim at Arsenal. I managed to convince all but Hamsik and Szczesny to remain in London. The good in their moves was the amount of cash that flowed in. Real Madrid and Barcelona paid respectively for Midfielder and Keeper, £35M and £22.5M. Though Ranocchia was on my plans, I had to accept Real Madrid’s insistence in signing him. Their first bid came in the £18M, then on the £25M, when they arrived with the £30M, I could not refuse it, but the Italian defender could! For my happiness, Ranocchia accepted my £25k wage rise to stay in London for another three seasons!

Initially I would have John Ruddy assume the number one shirt, but then found out Marc-André ter Stegen’s contract was not renewed, and the German keeper accepted my offer. This will keep Ruddy another season as a [...]

celticman > Changing the playable leagues

Changing the playable leagues

I’ve decided to change the playable leagues.  I did this after a bit of analysis on where I have bought players and hired coaches from.

You can see from this I bought most of my players from Scotland (7) with Spain, Italy, England and Cyprus sharing 2nd place with 2 each.

If I add staff into this, and remove all those countries where just one player or staff member was hired from, we can see Scotland still firmly in the lead with 10; France and Italy 2nd with 5; Spain 4th on 4 and England, Cyprus, Croatia and Germany on 2.

So I’ve decided that the playable nations for next season will be;

Scotland
Italy
Spain
England
France

Scotland, Italy and Spain have been in from the start, with England added in last year.  France are newcomers.  Dropping out are Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland because they simply did not produce enough good players to justify the extra processing power.  This leaves my game at 4 star speed with 22,000 players (down from 5 star speed and up from 17,000 at the start of the game).

Lets see if I can find better players this way
